When will I receive my gift?
All gifts are posted Royal Mail 1st class reordered delivery, postage price £3.95 This is Silver Delivery. The normal delivery time is 1-2 days.
However if you require your gift sooner please select Gold Delivery, postage price £5.95.
Gold Delivery is special delivery by Royal Mail guaranteed to be there the next day.

We are happy to post to anywhere in the world – please email me

How can I pay?
We accept payment through Pal Pal. You don't need a PayPal account to use PayPal. We also accept Cheque or Postal orders. If you would like to pay by cheque or postal order please make payable to Lily-Rose Designs. Please email once you have made your purchase boutique@lily-rosedesigns.com and i will reply to your email with our address details.
Please note we will not send your gift until payment has cleared.
How will my gift arrive?
Included in the price of your gift is the wrapping:
If you purchase a frame & gift bag all gifts will arrive in a brown & pink gift bag with ribbon & tissue paper. If you purchase a frame & gift bag for a new born baby your gift will arrive in either blue or pink gift bag, wrapped in tissue paper & ribbon. If you purchase a gift bag your gift will arrive wrapped in tissue paper, ribbon with a silver or gold sticker and a paper bag in co-ordinating colour. All gift's will then be wrapped in a bubble envelope to ensure your gift arrives safe and with lots of love.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of the product we don't accept returns.
However if we have made a mistake with spelling or any other
details we will provide a new gift free of charge and also refund the money you have paid.
Invites & Thank You Cards?
All invites and thank you cards are made to order, please bare this in mind when placing your order. We will work together with you to achieve your desired style. We are happy to co-ordinate your invites with our Thank you Cards if you purchase them both from us you will receive a 10% discount. The normal turn around time for invites is 1-2 weeks.
Discount?
We are happy to offer a discount for large orders; Example order your wedding invites, Thank you’s, favours, menus, table planner, and your wedding gifts and your guest book – we would be also be happy to work out a payment plan.

Poems?
We own the copyright to each poem used in our gifts.
These poems have been written by my mum if you would like a personalised poem to go with your gift please email me
boutique@lily-rosedesigns.com and together we can see what we come up with.
Gift Bag only & no frame?
If you would like to purchase a gift bag with no frame, or a frame with no gift bag we are happy to accommodate.
Please email me boutique@lily-rosedesigns.com and i will happily talk through your requirements.
Contact?
Once you have purchased your gift please fill out the contact us form with the details you would like on your certificate or invites. Once payment has cleared I will then design and make your gift. Where to Post?
We are happy to post direct to the gift recipient @ an extra charge of £1.50 included in this price is a personal message & card from yourself.
This is particularly nice for the new born baby gift.
Once the gift is ready to send I will email you to confirm when I have posted.
Please email with both your address & the recipients name and address details. You will still receive your free charm.
Charms?
The charms used in all gifts are silver or silver plated.
Made to order?
All gifts, Invites, Thank You Cards and guest books are made to order by me - we dont have a big production line, thats how we keep our prices low.
Vouchers?
Each voucher that is purchased will have its own unique code – once you have purchased your voucher added your chosen words this will then be printed and sent out to you.
The recipient will then be able to choose a gift, once they have done this they will need to use the contact form to contact me with the code, Once this code has been confirmed I will then made there gift and send it out.
Bespoke Products?
If you like the idea of our gifts but would like some thing a bit different, then I am happy to talk through the details and design a bespoke gift. A bespoke gift would have a one off charge of £5.00 plus any additional charge for the gift.
